We will also be including ruck marches and hikes in our Sunday PT sessions to change the pace.

His methodology emphasizes not only maximizing performance beyond perceived limits but also prioritizing health and fitness.
Married to Jennifer and a proud father of three sons – Jayden, Ryder, and Sawyer – Ryan strives for balance between professional pursuits and family values. Notably, Ryan has contributed to organizations such as Royal Dutch Shell and Nutrien, where he continues to uphold the values of excellence, service, and community engagement in all his endeavors.
